Welcome to East Coast Shooters.
Home      About us

East Coast Shooters was designed and developed in November 2008. I got the idea from other firearm forums and thought I would create yet another, web forum for gun enthusiasts to come and ask questions, help others, make new friends and share ideas.

While the title, East Coast, maybe a bit misleading as we target those people on the east coast, we welcome anyone from anywhere to join our forum. The way that I look at it is, the more the merrier.

I tried to design the site so that everyone, no matter what your profession is, can enjoy coming and if you do nothing but look around and you learn something or see a new idea or trick or tip that someone else has come up with, I feel satisfaction in just that.

In today’s time, with crime on the increase in not only U.S. Major Cities, but in our own backyards, more and more people who thought they would never own a firearm is going out and buying. Gun stores are swamped with customers sometimes waiting in lines to purchase a gun or just to look. We want to protect ourselves but at the same time, we don't want an uneducated person carrying a gun in their pocket or night stand when they do not know what the gun is capable of doing......or not doing.

We want our members to be the most knowledgeable over any other gun owner while keeping in mind we must all obey the laws of our state as well as Federal Laws.

We want to have feedback on the site. The site is new and members are slowly joining about every other day or so. I think we will get there, as more and more people are made aware.

Who knows, your neighbor that you have never met may be a gun enthusiasts just as you are and you may just find them here, on East Coast Shooters.
